Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any service we provide, please contact us within seven days of service completion. We will review your concerns and work with you to address any issues. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the results.
Service Adjustments
For lawn care and landscaping services, we offer the following remedies when you are not satisfied:
- Return visit to correct or complete work that does not meet agreed-upon standards
- Adjustment or modification of services based on your feedback
- Credit toward future services for unresolved quality issues
- Partial or full refund in cases where services cannot be corrected to your satisfaction
Reporting Issues
To report any concerns about our services:
- Contact us within seven days of service completion
- Provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence
- Allow us reasonable time to assess the situation and propose a solution
- Cooperate with our team during any follow-up visits or inspections
Limitations
Our satisfaction guarantee and return policy are subject to the following limitations:
- Natural factors such as weather, soil conditions, and plant health may affect service outcomes beyond our control
- Delays or changes requested by the customer may impact the final result
- Issues arising from conditions not disclosed during initial assessment may require additional charges
- Services must be evaluated within the specified timeframe to qualify for adjustments
- We cannot guarantee specific growth rates or survival of plants due to environmental variables
Refund Process
When a refund is determined to be appropriate:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
- Partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of services affected
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
Recurring Services
For customers with ongoing maintenance contracts or recurring service agreements:
- You may cancel services with 14 days written notice
- Cancellations made with less notice may result in charges for the upcoming service period
- Prepaid services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused periods
- Seasonal contracts may have specific cancellation terms outlined in your agreement
Weather-Related Delays
Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions. In cases of postponement due to rain, snow, or other weather events, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity. No refunds are provided for weather-related delays, as these are beyond our control.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best service outcome, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about property conditions and access
- Notifying us of any obstacles, hazards, or special requirements before service
- Ensuring safe and clear access to work areas on scheduled dates
- Following any care instructions provided after service completion
- Communicating concerns promptly within the specified timeframe
